At Floor5, shipping is treated as an extension of formulation and system design — deliberate, coordinated, and aligned to professional use environments.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Standard orders are processed within 2–5 business days

  • Professional, bulk, pilot, or bespoke orders may require additional preparation time, which will be communicated at confirmation

  • Dispatch timelines may be aligned with batch production, scent calibration, or system coordination

Floor5 operates on a made-with-intent model, not mass inventory dispatch.

Professional & B2B Deliveries

 

For hospitality, facilities, or managed properties:

  • Deliveries may be scheduled or coordinated where required

  • Bulk or recurring supply may follow agreed logistics cadence

  • Special handling or palletised shipments may apply

Clients are responsible for ensuring receipt availability at the delivery location.

Delivery Timelines

 

Indicative delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro cities (India): 3–6 business days

  • Non-metro / regional locations: 5–8 business days

  • Remote locations: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, location access, or external conditions.

Packaging & Handling

  • Products are packed in protective, leak-resistant, and transit-tested packaging

  • Packaging prioritises product integrity over cosmetic presentation

  • Sustainable and minimal materials are used wherever possible

Floor5 is not responsible for damage caused after successful delivery and handover.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at order confirmation

  • Professional quotations may include shipping as a separate or bundled line item

  • Floor5 reserves the right to revise shipping charges based on order size, destination, or handling requirements

Tracking & Confirmation

 

Once dispatched, you will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details where applicable.

For professional or bulk orders, tracking may be communicated via email or account representative.

Delays & Force Majeure

 

Floor5 is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics partners

  • Weather, strikes, regulatory checks, or regional disruptions

  • Events beyond reasonable operational control

In such cases, we remain available for coordination and updates.

Geographic Scope

  • Floor5 currently ships within India

  • International shipping may be available for professional engagements upon request and mutual agreement
